Still searching for pods for that old JUUL?
Trying to find pods for that vape that sales rep gave you for a dollar?
Looking for a better alternative with substantially better flavour choices?
Tired of just tobacco flavours now that all the fruit flavours have been taken off the shelves at corner stores?
Having a hard time keeping up with all the new devices that seem to disappear overnight and leave you hanging?

Now that most desirable flavours (besides Mint and Tobacco) have been taken out of corner stores and left to Adult only vape shops, along with nicotine being capped at 20mg/mL in British Columbia, finding pods for disposable vapes has become increasingly hard.

Did you know that companies such as Vype, Vuse, Logic and Juul are all either created, funded, owned or bought by Big Tobacco companies? That's right, the same ones that got everyone smoking. Most reputable small business vape shop owners and employees are all ex-smokers and refuse to support these companies, as all they have ever done for them is taken years off their lives and even taken the lives of their loved ones. This is why you will have a very hard time finding any of these products available in a reputable vape shop. Most shops did bring in some stock to try and keep up with the shifting market, but soon saw the negative effects and simply stopped restocking and supporting these companies.

When vaping first started and was available to consumers (around 2006-2010), the maximum nicotine strength on the market was around 24mg/mL and was a freebase nicotine, which has a much slower nicotine absorption at lower levels (<12mg/mL) when compared to smoking. While it worked for most, some long term and heavy smokers found that 24mg/mL was not quite enough to keep up with their needs, and found that upwards up 36mg/mL would work better to keep them away from smoking. Although this worked for some, most found even 24mg/mL to be quite harsh and unbearable, making it very difficult to emulate the feeling that a cigarette creates with vaping. It stayed this way for years until around 2017 when a "salt based" nicotine was created and became available.  Adding an acid to the freebase nicotine lowered the PH levels, making vaping this new salt based nicotine at higher levels of nicotine (30-60mg/mL) much smoother and less harsh and also made nicotine absorption very comparable to the levels found with smoking a traditional cigarette, when used at those higher levels.

Big Tobacco companies took this idea, ran with it, and it has helped many more quit smoking with this new product but they failed to be responsible with their marketing and preventing youth access to it creating an uproar with parents and policy makers creating this mess we're in today.

An average cigarette contains around 10 to 12 mg of nicotine, but not every milligram of nicotine is inhaled as it burns. The body typically absorbs around 10%, or 1.1-1.8mg, of that nicotine on average. This means that for a pack of 20 cigarettes, 22 to 36 mg of nicotine is absorbed on average. This is about the same amount of nicotine that is absorbed on average with every 0.7mL 5% nicotine (59mg/mL) Juul pod... We'll let you do the math if you were not a pack a day smoker and are using more than 1 pod/day...

If you answered "YES" to any of the questions at the beginning, or are just trying to find a vape that isn't impractical and hard to find a good flavour for, or just impossible to find any stores that carries them, STLTH may be a great alternative and the answer you are looking for.

STLTH LOGO

With over 20 years of cumulative experience in the vaporizer space, STLTH's mission is to offer an alternative to traditional tobacco cigarettes by providing a smokeless product that is practical and satisfying to adult smokers.

The company was started by a group of entrepreneurs based out of Waterloo, Ontario, Canada and Los Angeles, California, USA. All of which were ex-smokers who used vaping products as an alternative to traditional cigarettes. The consensus experience between them was that traditional vaping systems were not very practical for day to day life and for the mainstream market to adopt vapour as a real alternative, the technology would need to be made user-friendly.

With that mission in mind, they created STLTH, a closed-loop system that was designed for the masses. The objective was simple, to provide an affordable closed system to give adult smokers a viable alternative to traditional tobacco.

Having a list of over 40 flavours to choose from and growing (including flavourless), STLTH offers a great selection for those looking to switch up flavours, or those trying to find that perfect All Day Vape. Start your journey to that perfect flavour here.

With a 420mAh battery device, STLTH offers over twice the capacity of Juul's 200mAh battery while remaining quite small and very pocket friendly. STLTH also offers 4 colours, with a comfortable rubberized texture, to choose from: Black, Grey, Navy Blue and Rose Gold (Pink).
