Shipping Policy

Please read through carefully.

AS OF FEBRUARY 1ST 2017, WE WILL NO LONGER BE SHIPPING OUTSIDE OF CANADA, SORRY, NO EXCEPTIONS CAN BE MADE AT THIS TIME UNTIL FURTHER NOTICE.

ALSO, WE CAN NOT SHIP TO QUEBEC ANYMORE.

You must be of legal age (depending on where you live) to purchase these any and all of these products.

We use Canada Post Expedited shipping(1-7 Business Days) for orders in Canada.

BILLING ADDRESS MUST MATCH SHIPPING ADDRESS:

We only ship to the registered billing address of Credit card used when checking out, if you choose a different address then what is listed on the Credit card then your order may very well be canceled. This is for security reasons to protect you and us due to the high volume of credit card fraud for online sales.

 

PLEASE NOTE: MOST ORDERS PLACED BEFORE 1 PM PST WILL SHIP SAME DAY (excluding weekends/holidays). BUT IT MAY TAKE UP TO 48 HRS FOR YOUR ORDER TO SHIP BASED ON ORDER VOLUME.

 

Proof of Age Required

As of September 1st 2016, We will be using Canada Post's Proof of Age (18+/19+) option on every single package, no exceptions. Electronic cigarettes and accessories have now been classified as a tobacco product and as such they can only be purchased by adults 18+ and older (depending on where you live).

Because we utilize this option for all shipments, signature will be obtained upon delivery of all shipments. If you are not home when delivery is attempted, the package will be left at your nearest post office, where you will have to show Proof of Age to sign and receive the package.

If your package is unclaimed, any fees ($20 return surcharge) associated with packages that are Returned to Sender because Proof of Age was not able to be determined or package was unclaimed, will be deducted  including original shipping cost, from your refund, you will not receive a refund unless you contact us . Alternatively what we can do is reship your package at your expense (return fee $20, plus original shipping cost) . By checking out and paying you agree to this policy.

Please note, if you receive a tracking number during a weekend or major holiday, your order is prepared for shipment, but it is not handed off to a shipping carrier until the following business day.

We reserve the right to additional processing time if any questions or concerns regarding your order arise. We always do our best to get in touch with you via phone or email only when absolutely necessary. Please make sure you provide us with current contact information during checkout.

Typically, In-stock orders placed before 1:00 PM PST will go out the same day.
Carrier Restrictions:
Canada Post do not deliver packages on Saturday or Sunday, or major Canadian holidays.

We only ship using Canada Post, we are unable to use FedEX, UPS, DHL or any other shipping carrier.
Tracking:
Tracking numbers are automatically generated when we print your shipping label during order processing. An email containing the tracking number with the subject "Your order has shipped!" is then sent to the email address you provided during checkout.

Please check your email's "spam" folders if you did not receive a tracking number

When will my order ship?
We currently ship across Canada. Orders are shipped in the order they are received. Most order ship same day if placed before 1pm PST. Although some orders may take up to 24-48 hrs to ship once processed (excluding holidays and weekends). If you place an order online on a Saturday or Sunday your order should ship on Monday.

We offer a varied rate depending on your location and weight of your package:
Canada: $10-$30 Expedited (with tracking)(free shipping on orders over $150 before tax). 

An ESTIMATED date of delivery will be provided to you by Canada Post with a tracking number via email once your order is full filled and shipped. Please do not contact us looking for your package until AFTER your package is late.

PLEASE NOTE:  
It is your responsibility to enter your address correctly when creating your account. We will not be responsible for incorrect addresses entered by customers nor will we be responsible for shipping charges incurred for incorrect addresses. If a package is returned due to customer error, the customer will be responsible for payment of the new return shipping charge in addition to a return service fee of $20.00.

PLEASE NOTE:
Once your package shows as delivered, we are no longer responsible for the package or it's contents. If you did not receive your package and the Canada Post site shows as 'delivered', please contact your nearest postal outlet and request an investigation as to it's location. If you require our assistance once you have done that please send us a email and we will do our best to help.
