Due to a regulatory change, an additional $8 per bottle provincial excise tax stamp cost now applies to out-of-BC shipments.

How It Works

  1. Cycle setup: Once you enroll, you are placed on a repeating 60-day (approximately 2-month) shipment cycle.
    All new cycles begin on the 1st of the month following enrollment.
  2. Draft invoice: A draft invoice is sent at the start of your cycle for review.
  3. Confirm details: Invoice is reviewed and confirmed. Any add-ons or adjustments are finalized before approval.
  4. Payment: Payment is submitted via e-transfer upon final invoice approval (generally completed within 1–3 days).
  5. Sourcing: After payment, we order from our suppliers (around day 4) and receive stock around day 6–7.
  6. Shipment: Your order ships around day 8. Carrier delivery timelines are 3–7 days depending on destination.
  7. Standard program quantity: Each shipment includes 8 bottles. Based on average usage, this structure is designed to provide approximately 8 weeks of supply so you begin the next cycle with a small buffer. (Additional items may be added prior to invoice confirmation.)
  8. Next cycle: Approximately 60 days after your cycle begins, a new draft invoice is issued to continue your shipment schedule. This ensures continuous supply with a built-in buffer.

Pricing Example

Current total for 8 × 30 mL bottles (including discount and 5% GST) is approximately $282.60.
Additional items requested will be reflected on your invoice.
Totals may vary based on your selections and applicable taxes in your province.

Adjustments and Pauses

Add-ons or adjustments must be confirmed before final invoice approval for each cycle. Once payment is received, changes cannot be made for that cycle.

Important Notes

  • Outside-of-BC shipments are subject to excise stamp availability. If a selected product does not have the correct provincial stamps available, we will contact you to confirm a substitute before processing.
  • Stamp availability is determined at the time of sourcing.
  • Auto-Ship eligibility applies only to the product lines listed above.
  • Program pricing may be adjusted if regulatory costs change.
Why is there an extra $8 per bottle?

This is the provincial excise tax stamp cost required for shipments outside of British Columbia. Certain provinces, including British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and Nova Scotia, are exempt from this additional interprovincial stamp requirement. It is government-mandated and not a discretionary price adjustment.

Why 8 bottles?

Eight bottles aligns with typical usage of approximately one bottle per week and supports the program’s sustainability under current regulatory costs, while helping maintain a consistent supply buffer between cycles.

Do you hold stock for my auto-ship?

We do not hold inventory for auto-ship orders. Orders are placed and prepared specifically for you after payment is received. Delivery timelines may vary slightly depending on supplier processing and carrier schedules.

What if my selected flavor is unavailable?

If a selected flavor is temporarily unavailable (including excise stamp availability), we will contact you to confirm a substitute before shipment.
